Do I need Cancellation Insurance?

Now more than ever it is important to have travel insurance. The majority of tour packages, hotels and airfare are 100% non-refundable once purchased. We offer many insurance options.

Can the Airline Change my Flight Times?

Yes, the airlines have the right to change the date, time or flight pattern for flights. If the changes are drastic the airlines will allow you to cancel if you are not happy with the changes. However for minor time changes, you are obligated to accept the changes.

How much Luggage can I take?

It depends on which airline you are flying and what type of fare you purchased. I will be sure to inform you of your options when booking your flight with a particular airline.

What do i do if i my luggage is lost?

First you contact the airline and fill out a lost baggage claim form. Then if you have insurance, you contact the insurance company and start a claim. The airlines are responsible to deliver your bag to you.
